Welcome, I’m Jill!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Board-Certified Movement Therapist, and trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. In addition, I am trained in Mindfulness practices including MBSR and MBCT. Along with traditional talk therapy, I integrate somatic-based and nature-informed approaches to support whole-person healing.
I believe in the innate wisdom of the body and the transformative power of nature — both profound sources of insight, self-discovery, and lasting change.
Drawing from my personal practices in mindfulness, I strive to create a therapeutic space rooted in compassion, acceptance, and authenticity. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and welcoming, and committed to honoring your individuality and life experiences with deep respect and care.

I work with clients with a wide array of presenting issues including depression, stress, anxiety, trauma, and those struggling with substance abuse. We will work together to understand how personal experiences have shaped your present-day reality, including beliefs about yourself and how this influences how you engage in the world.
